Here is a picture of Sophie and her new family! She was adopted at the Carmel PetSmart today. Sophie came to our shelter as a stray with pups that were less than a week old. A couple of our volunteers, Rob and Tami, took them all in as fosters until the pups were old enough to be adopted. The pups went quickly. Sophie had to wait about a month until these nice people came along! You can't see it all in the picture, but the cart is loaded with new supplies for Sophie! Sophie's Big Day!

Hello everyone! This is Sophie's new mom just letting you all know she is very happy and well adjusted to her new home :) She really feels like one of the family already and I'm so glad that my parents surprised me with her!

Thanks for letting us know how Sophie is doing! I was one of the volunteers helping that day. Sophie was one of my favorites at the shelter. She's been through a lot in her short life. I'm glad she's found her forever home with you!
I'm so glad to hear that Sophie is doing well! There is nothing better than hearing that one of our dogs found a home with great people like you.
